Diana Sue Fife, 63 of Lick Creek, Ky. was born on July 4, 1958 in Grundy, Va. and passed away on Sept. 30, 2021 in Pikeville Medical Center. She was the daughter of Everett and Helen Osborne Blankenship who have preceded her in death. Diana was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Zack Ronnie Fife, Sr., a son; Jack Ronnie Fife, Jr., brothers; William and Jeffery and a sister; Nadine Sullivan. Survivors are sons; Zack Ronnie Fife 3rd., (Sema) of Germany, Joe Fife (Sabrina) of Elkhorn City, Jason Fife (Tasha) of Lick Creek, Ky. and Kevin DeWayne Fife (Amber) of Broadway, NC., daughters; Kimberly Fife, and Niki Ratliff Fife of Lick Creek, Ky., brothers; Bill and William Blankenship of Steele, Nannie Sullivan (Walter) of Kimper, Betty Harris of Ashcamp, Joyce Lester (Dale) of Steele and Janice Pugh (Lynn) of Feds Creek., Ky., grandchildren; Tessa Fife, Kevin D., Fife, Dalton Hopkins, Cayden Estep, Zack Oliver Fife, Aaliyah River Fife, Kayson Fife and Karter Fife, Hannah Thornsbury, Joe Fife Jr., Bailey Fife, Hadley Fife, Nathan Fife, Jonathon Fife, Marissa Fife, David Rowe, Rainey Rowe, Erica Rowe, Travis Rowe and Everleigh Griffith. Visitation will be from 6:00-10:00 on Saturday, October 02, 2021 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral will be on Sunday, October 03, 2021 at 11:00 from the chapel with Plennie Gale Sawyers and Ray Sawyers officiating. Burial will follow in the Childress Cemetery on Little Card, Ky.
