Jessie Blair, 78 of Pikeville, Ky. passed away at home on Saturday, Aug. 20, 2021. Jesse was a retired mine electrician and mechanic, a Mason and Shriner. He was born May 19, 1943 at Pikeville, KY to the late Oliver Blair and Della Coleman Blair. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Blanche Blackburn Blair, two brothers, Ervin and Edward Blair and one sister, Margie Lester. Jesse is survived by a son, Chris Blair of San Jose, CA and a daughter, Jessica Blair of Pikeville, KY.

A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 12PM from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.
