Margarette Ann Candi Kendrick Coleman, 74 of Wilmington, North Carolina and formerly of Elkhorn City, Ky. was born on Oct. 8, 1946 in Elkhorn City and passed away in North Carolina on Jan. 8, 2021. Margarette was the daughter of Clinard and Flora Rowe Kendrick. She was a member of the Immanual Baptist Church and a school teacher. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers; Elmer, Tommy, Curtis and James. Survivors are a son; Gary(Susan) Coleman of Wilmington, NC., and sisters; Evelyn Hansen of Danville, Ky. and Carolyn(Carl) Allen of Elkhorn City, Ky. Visitation will be from 6-10:00PM in the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, Jan. 10, 2021. Funeral service will be held on Monday, Jan. 11, 2021 at 11:00 from the chapel with Larry Keene officiating. Burial will follow in the Dow Brooks Cemetery at Draffin, Ky.
