Billy Andrew Sykes, 75 of Hellier, KY passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at his residence. Bill was a member of the Hellier Missionary Baptist Church. Bill was born August 4, 1945 at Lookout, KY to the late Roy Edgar Sykes & Muncy Ratliff Sykes. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold Sykes & Joe Thomas Sykes and three sisters, Margie Little, Loretta Ratliff & Janice Mastin. Bill is survived by his wife, Mary Kimberlin Sykes of Hellier, KY; one son, Jason (Gen) Sykes of Hellier, KY; one daughter, Kimberly (Jeffrey) Rowe of Hellier, KY; six grandchildren, Alex Coleman, Mercedes (Johnathan) Wagner, Summer Bentley, Kennedy Bentley, Sidney Bentley & Jordan Rowe; and four great-grandchildren, Sadie Coleman, Bryson Coleman, Samantha Coleman & Aubre Coleman. Bill is also survived by one brother, Roy Sykes of Bowling Fork, KY and one sister, Susie Brooks of Knoxville, TN. A memorial service will be conducted Sunday, December 20, 2020 at 1PM at the Hellier Missionary Baptist Church with Greg Whitetree officiating.

I am so sorry to hear this. I worked with Bill for years. He’s the most dependable , honest person anyone could have the privilege of knowing. He had worked 40+ years and never missed a days work. My condolences to the family.
