Rubin James Fleming, 40 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Friday, November 13, 2020 at his home. Rubin was born on June 24, 1980 in Pikeville, KY to Fonda Louise Belcher Overstreet of Ashcamp, KY and the late Rubin Lee Fleming. He was a grounds keeper for the Breaks Interstate Park. Besides his mother, Rubin is survived by his step-father; Kenny Overstreet of Ashcamp, KY and three sisters; Melissa Ann Fleming of Robinson Creek, KY, Jennifer Jean Mullins of Regina, KY and Stacy Lou Fleming of Elkhorn City, KY. Visitation will be from 6:00-10:00PM on Sunday, November 15, 2020 from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel and funeral services will be held on Monday, November 16, 2020 at 1:00 from the chapel. Ministers will be Jerry Overstreet, Kenny Overstreet and others. Burial will follow in the Elkhorn City Cemetery, Elkhorn City, KY.
