Arthur “Bang” Clevinger, 84 of Elkhorn City passed away Friday, November 21, 2014 at his residence. Bang was born April 3, 1930 in Pike County, KY to the late Lionel Clevinger and Cora Ratliff Clevinger. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Evans Clevinger, three sisters, Anna Monroe, Charlene Frantz & Mabel Clevinger and one brother, Clayton Belcher. Bang is survived by one sister, Barbara Childers of Ashcamp, KY and one brother, Gary Clevinger of Belcher, KY. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 29, 2014 at 2PM from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with visitation beginning at 1PM.
