Steven Rondall Childers, 60, of Ashcamp, KY passed away Saturday September 12, 2020 at his home. Steven was the son of Barbara Jean Clevinger Childers and the late Billy Rondall Childers. He was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church, United Steel Workers, self employed logger and part owner of the 3-C Lumber Company. Steven is preceded in death by his son; Jonathan Cory Childers. In addition to his mother Steven is survived by his son; Jarrod Ryan Childers of Pikeville, KY., brother; Bryan Childers, of Ashcamp, KY., special Aunt and Uncle; Jerry Wayne and Rosemary Childers of Ashcamp, KY as well as many other family members.. The family would like to give a special thank you for the service and kindness shown by Dr. Arora Swaty and staff and Lena Kilgore (caregiver). Visitation will be held on Tuesday September 15, 2020 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel in Elkhorn City, Ky from 4PM-10PM. Funeral Services will be held in the chapel on Wednesday September 15, 2020 at 2PM with Edgar Sanders and Dale Senters officiating. Burial will follow in the Childers Cemetery, Ashcamp, KY.
