John D. Clevinger, 60 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at Pikeville Medical Center. John was a member of the Road Creek Church of Christ. John was born November 9, 1959 at Pikeville, KY to the late Gaulbert Clevinger & Charlene Ward Clevinger. In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by one son, Johnathan Clevinger. John is survived by one son, Christopher David Clevinger of Elkhorn City, KY and one grandson, Noah Conner Clevinger. John is also survived by one brother, Thomas Eugene Clevinger of Elkhorn City, KY and one sister, Shelia Overstreet of Ashcamp, KY. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Friday, Dec. 27 & Saturday, Dec. 28, 2019 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service Saturday evening at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, December 29, 2019 at 2PM from the chapel with David Thacker officiating. Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
