Mary “Pucho” Francis Rowe Potter, 72 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away at her home on Saturday, Dec. 21, 2019. She was born in Pikeville, KY on April 24, 1947 to Warren Leslie and Chloe Effel Looney Rowe. Pucho was a member of the Elkhorn City Church of Christ and a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Anita and Betty Lou. Survivors are her husband, Clayton Potter of Elkhorn City, KY; two sons, Michael W. Potter of Elkhorn City, KY and Clayton”Bub” Potter of Pikeville, KY: a daughter; Katherine Lynn Potter Ramsey of Lexington, KY; seven grandchildren, Erica Jade, Corey, Megan, Colby, Jacob, Justin and Jackson and three great grandchildren, Eli, Anne Katherine and Margaret. Pucho is also survived by two brothers, Leslie Hugh Rowe of Belcher, KY & Gerald T. Rowe of Elkhorn City, KY and one sister, Kestel Sue Bartley of Elkhorn City, KY. Visitation will be from 6:00PM-10:PM on Sunday at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be held on Monday at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00PM with Frank Crum and Jim Ed Belcher officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie Young Cemetery at Pikeville, KY.
