Jack Fitzgerald Ratliff, 58 of Road Creek, KY passed away Monday, April 22, 2019 in Hopkinsville, KY. Jack was born January 5, 1961 in Pikeville, KY to the late Ralph Ratliff & Betty Adams Ratliff. Jack is survived by one brother, Earl Ratliff of Mooresburg, TN and one sister, Jackie Lynn Yates of Road Creek, KY and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 12-2PM Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 2PM from the chapel with Jimmy Dale Sanders officiating. Burial will follow at the Ratliff Cemetery, Road Creek, KY.
