Brian Keith Thacker, 54 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Thursday, December 6, 2018. Visitation will be from 4-5PM Sunday, December 9, 2018 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a memorial service will be conducted at 5PM.
