Ruth Maynor Mullins, 95 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the home of her son. Ruth was a homemaker & a member of the Feds Creek Church of God. Ruth was born October 15, 1922 at Yellow Hill, KY to the late Willie Maynor & Suda Martin Maynor. In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Tucker Mullins, four brothers, Robert Russell Maynor, Charlie Lawrence Hackney, James Maynor & Columbus Hackney and three sisters, Kathleen Pruitt, Ruby Keene & Reba Maynor. Ruth is survived by two sons, Claude Willis Doughten of Taylor, MI & Tommy Mullins of Elkhorn City, KY; three daughters, Pamela Ratliff & Diana Mann both of Elkhorn City, KY and Tammy Fultz of Ewing, VA; five grandchildren, Burton Mullins, Debra Rinilda, Ryan Thacker, Marcus Doughten & Adam Young; and four great-grandchildren, Marcus Doughten, Amity Thacker, Tucker Thacker & Madison Doughten. Visitation will be Monday, April 23 & Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 12PM from the chapel with Howard Murphy, Terry Gibson & Gary Sullivan. Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
