Larry Dale O’Neill, 66 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Sunday, April 15, 2018 at his residence. Larry was born March 26, 1952 at Pikeville, KY to the late Clarence Thomas O’Neill and Mildred Huffman Looney. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by one brother, Gary O’Neill and one sister, Patty Phipps. Larry is survived by one son, Larry Dale O’Neill, Jr. of Elkhorn City, KY; one grandson, Andrew; grand daughter-in-law, Megan; and one great grandchild, Keagan. Larry is also survived by three sisters, Donna Kay Stone of Regina, KY, Leisha Stratton of Ashland, KY & Jennifer Hampton of Georgetown, KY. Visitation will be held after 6PM Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, April 19, 2018, 11:00AM  from the chapel with Billy Ford officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
