Margaret Ann Stiltner, 73 of Church Hill, Tennessee and formerly of Pike County, Ky. was born on Oct. 15, 1944 at Belcher, Ky. and passed away on Friday at the Church Hill Rehabilitaton  Center in Church Hill.  She was the daughter of Clarence and Jean Lovelace Stiltner. Margaret was a homemaker.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death  by brothers; Blake, James Danny(J.D.) and Drainon(Doc) Stiltner, sisters; Ernestine Tackett, Magdlene Romans Smith and Bethel Sue Stiltner.  Survivors are her children ;Sonja Stacy Rogers (Clinton) of Church Hill, Stephanie Stacy Short(Gary) of Church Hill, Eddie Stacy(Kimberly) of Kingsport and Anthony(Donna) Stacy of Regina, brothers;Bobby and John Paul of Elkhorn City and Kenny Joe of Ferrells Creek, 11 Grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.  She has a host of nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday from 5:00PM-10:00PM.  Mike Coleman, Tony Adkins and Gary Short 2nd. will have a service at 7:00PM.
