Joyce Ann Blair Blackburn, 87 of Regina, KY passed away at Pikeville Medical Center on Friday, February 2, 2018. Joyce was the daughter of the late Fred Blair and Oma Coleman Blair. Joyce was a homemaker and a member of the Faith First Baptist Church of Regina, KY and a member of the Widows of UMWA . In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James Blackburn; two infant sons; five brothers, Bobby, Charles, Johnny, Danny and Gregory; four step brothers, Earl, Starkey, Bobby, Troy and a step sister; Alene. Joyce is survived by one son, James Wayne Blackburn of Regina; two daughters; Judith Adkins Casalino of Ivel, KY and Janie Bentley Caudill of Regina, KY; six grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren & six great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers; Ronnie Blair of Justiceville, KY, Larry Blair of Regina, KY & Freddie Blair of Pikeville, KY. Services will be held Monday, February 5, 2018 at 2:00PM from the Faith First Baptist Church at Harless Creek, KY with Charles Justice and Randy Bentley officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00-10:00PM from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, February 3 and after 5:00 Sunday, February 4 at the church. Burial will follow in the Blackburn Cemetery on Harless Creek, KY.
