Paul “Bus” Ratliff, 96 of Elkhorn City passed away Saturday, June 21, 2014 at his residence. Paul was born Oct. 10, 1917 at Ferrells Creek at to the late Tye Ratliff & Georgia Hurst Ratliff. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one son, Gordan Randall Ratliff, four sisters and five brothers. Paul is survived by his wife, Peggy Slone Ratliff, two daughters, Diana Lynn Ratliff & Vickie Mullins and two sons, John Paul Ratliff & James Isaac Ratliff all of Elkhorn City. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Visitation will be after 6PM Monday, June 23, 2014 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at 2PM from the chapel. Burial will follow at the Elkhorn City Cemetery.
