DeeAnna Alley, 52 of Phyllis, Ky. passed away at her home on Friday, Dec. 1, 2017. She is the daughter of the late Douglas and Betty Terry Justice. DeeAnna was manager of City Housing Authority. Survivors are a daughter; Bethany Morgan Alley of Pikeville, a brother; Todd Justice of Phyllis, Ky. and 2 grandchildren; Kaylee Alley and Kadence Mullins. There will be a memorial service on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2017 at 4:00 in the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Huffard Williams officiating.
My heart is broken to learn of the passing of DeeAnn. Those whom she had left behind will sorely miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with her survivors, especially with the two little ones who counted on her so. May God stay with them all during this trial.
