Gladys Martin, 82 of Regina, KY passed away Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2017 at her residence. Gladys was born February 4, 1935 at Regina, KY to the late Thomas Thacker & Mary Martin Thacker. Gladys is survived by her husband, Gerald G. Martin of Regina, KY; one son, Ed Martin of Watertown, NY; one daughter, Debra Lynn Thacker of Regina, KY; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Gladys is also survived by two brothers, Junior Thacker & Dean Thacker both of Regina and one sister, Ruby Thacker of Massillon, OH. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 13, 2017 at 1PM fromt he chapel with Benny Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery.

So very sorry to hear this. I used to love went Aunt Gladys and Uncle Jerry would come up to my grandma’s house (Gladys’ sister, Lola). They’d come up every year to visit us and we’d pick blueberries and they’d go ginsenging! I miss those days! My heart goes out all my family!
