Rudy Kelly, 67 of Ashcamp, Ky. was born on Oct. 23, 1949 to James Oakey and Hazel Meeks Kelly in Pikeville, Ky. and passed away on Thursday, July 6 in the Pikeville Medical Center.  He owned a construction company  before he retired.  Rudy was preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Glen, Crit, Darrell and Ed, sisters; Judy and Sue.  He is survived by his sons; Anthony(Danielle) Kelly of Pikeville and James Allen Kelly of Jenkins. brother; Kenneth of Ashcamp, grandchildren; Elijah, Gabriel and Abigail, step daughters; Sharon of Gallipolis, Ohio and Shelia of Ashcamp, step grandchildren; Chloe, Tyler, Emily, Destiny, Bradley and Joshuah, companion; Sally and former wife; Sharon.  Services will held on Monday, 11:00 from the Hylton Freewill Baptist Church with Van Swindall and Edgar Sanders officiating.  Visitation will be after 6:00 on Saturday from the church.  Burial will follow in the Kelly Family Cemetery at Ashcamp.
