Jeanette “Tocko”  Elswick, 90 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Thursday, May 4, 2017. Visitation will be from 12-2PM Sunday, May 28, 2017 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a memorial service to follow at 2PM with the Reverend Tommy Taulbee officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests that you “Live Like Tocko” by spending extra time with your family and doing something adventurous and spontaneous.
