Amy Paulette Bartley, 58 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017 at Parkview Nursing Home. Amy was born December 27, 1958 at Pikeville, KY to the late Paul Jerry Ratliff and Dollie Stewart Ratliff. Besides her parents, Amy was preceded in death by on grandchild, Dekota McCoy and two brothers, Jerry Ratliff & Timothy Ratliff. Amy is survived by two sons, Taylor Wayne Spears & Ramie Mitchell Keith Spears both of Elkhorn City, KY; two daughters, Heather Spears of Elkhorn City, KY & Dolli McCoy of Pikeville, KY; four grandchildren, Isaiah McCoy, Talissa Caudill, George McCoy & Cameron McCoy; and three great-grandchildren, Aubrie McCoy, Isaac Newsome & Faith Caudill. Amy is also survived by four brothers, Reginald “Butch” Ratliff of Rockhouse, KY, William Goble Ratliff & Joseph E. Ratliff both of Elkhorn City, KY and Steve Ratliff of Draffin, KY and three sisters, Patricia Meade of Elkhorn City, KY, Nora Coleman of Belcher, KY & Genny Childress of Grundy, VA. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Monday, May 15 and Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 11AM from the chapel. Burial will follow at the Elkhorn City Cemetery, Elkhorn City, KY.
