Todd Eric Ratliff, 34 of Regina, KY passed away Sunday, May 7, 2017 at his aunt’s residence. Todd was born February 23, 1983 in Pikeville, KY to Ricky Ratliff of Regina, KY and Justine Carroll Ratliff of Bean Station, TN. Along with his parents, Todd was survived by his wife, Victoria Adkins Ratliff of Regina, KY; and a daughter, Kyla Ratliff of Greasy Creek, KY. Todd is also survived by two brothers, Joseph Ratliff and Hunter Ratliff both of Regina, KY and two sisters, Angel Ratliff of Pikeville, KY & Layla Ratliff of Regina, KY. Visitation will be after 6PM Tuesday, May 9, 2017 and Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at the Unity Freewill Baptist Church, Rockhouse, KY. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 1PM from the church with Delon Jones and Billy Ratliff officiating. Burial will follow at the Yellow Hill Cemetery, Regina, KY.
