Janice Sue Cool, 79 of Newport, Tn. was born on Nov. 13, 1937 at Belcher, Ky. to Hearl and Lennice Lester Damron.  She passed away on Thursday in Newport.  Janice was preceded in death in addition to her parents by her husband Vertis Hubert Cool. She was a member of the Lick Creek Holiness Church and a homemaker.  Survivors are 2 sons: James Cool of Hopkinsville and Tommy Cool  of Newport.  Services will be held at 11:00 Sunday at the Lick Creek Holiness Church with Ray Sayers, Plennie Gale Sawyers and Rick Fuller officiating.  Visitation will begin after 6:00 Saturday.  Burial will follow in the Hackney Cemetery at Ferrells Creek, Ky.
