Danny Dale Justice, 64 of Marrowbone Creek Road, Elkhorn City, Ky. passed away at his home on Friday after a long illness.  He is the son of the  Mildred Matney Justice of Mouthcard and the late Hillard Justice.  He was a coal miner by occupation.  Danny is survived by his wife;Brenda Ellen Ramey Justice, son; Daniel of Pikeville, brothers; David of Florida and Terry of Mouthcard, sisters; Sue Abshire of Big Creek, Anita Collins of Road Creek and Christy Tackett of Jenkins.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by brothers; Randy and Rick.  A memorial will be held on Monday, 2:00 from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel
