Audrey Hazel Abshire, 83 of Feds Creek, KY passed away Wednesday May 21, 2014 at her residence. Audrey was born Aug. 18, 1930 at Grundy, VA to the late Frank Owens and Lydia Thacker Owens Horn. Audrey was preceded in death by her husband Howard Ray Abshire; two sons, Tommy Ford and Chester Ford; two daughters Joyce Ford and Debbie Kingery; one brother Robert Owens and three sisters, Jackqulyn Owens, Geraldine Owens and Juanita Saylor. She is survived by three sons; Frankie Ford of Tampa, FL, Dan Ford of Mansfield, OH, and Howard Abshire of Feds Creek, KY; four daughters, Jean Blick of Tama, FL. Betty Burdett of Columbus OH, Karen Sexton of Dayton, OH and Patricia Matney of Feds Creek, KY.  She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday May, 23, 2014 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.  Friends may call after 6:00 PM. Services will begin nightly at 7:00 PM. The funeral will be conducted Sunday May 25, 2014 at 2:00 PM from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery, Shelbiana, KY.
