Victor Blair, 75 of Shelbiana, KY passed away Friday, December 30, 2016 at his residence. Victor was born September 22, 1941 in Panther, WV to the late Lamar Blair and Sylvia Peters Blair. Besides his parents, Victor was preceded in death by one daughter, Kim Coleman and one brother, Ronald Allen. Victor is survived by his wife, Pebble of Shelbiana, KY; three sons, Michael Blair & Bryan Redding both of Shelbiana, KY & Richard Hurley of Chicago, IL; four daughters, Stephanie Hurley of Chicago, IL, Teresa Stewart of Lexington, KY, Carla Senters of Regina, KY & Donna Wright of Belcher, KY; and a host of grandchildren & great-grandchildren. Victor is also survived by brother, Lamar Blair, Jr. of Blountville, TN; sister, Marie Williams of Cordova, AL and half sister, Della Meade of WV. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 11AM from the chapel with Rick Fuller officiating. Burial will follow at the Wright Cemetery, Road Creek, KY.
