Monica Lynn Looney, 50 of Shelbiana, KY passed away at home on Wednesday, October 19, 2016. Monica was born October 6, 1966 in Chicago, IL to Billy Edmond Looney of Shelbiana, KY and the late Mary Joyce Scott Looney. Besides her father, Monica is survived by her stepmother, Maxine Looney of Shelbiana, KY; stepbrother, Chad Adkins of Shelbiana, KY; and two stepsisters, Katerina Adkins of Shelbiana, KY and Kimberly Estep of Kingsport, TN. Funeral services will be conducted from the Dorton Regular Baptist Church on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 12:00 with Carson Wright, James Tackett, Barry Lucas, Robert Osborne and Teddy Honaker officiating. Visitation will be after 6:00PM on Friday, October 21, 2016 at the Dorton Regular Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the Annie Young Cemetery at Shelbiana, KY.
