JoAnn Stalker, 69 of Elkhorn City passed away Tuesday at the Pikeville Medical Center.  She is survived by her husband, Jack, 2 sons Tony of North Tazewell, Va., & Greg of Elkhorn City, 2 daughters, Dawn Stephens of Lick Creek & Jackie Thacker of Lexington, 1 brother David Sloan of Anderson, Indiana, 2 sisters, Virginia Castanaea of Eufala, Ok., & Nancy Krause of Fostoria, Ohio, 6 Grandchildren, Mattasin Thacker, LeLaShae Hurley, Mykel Gregory Stalker, Kristi LaDawn Stalker and Tiffany Ward, 5 Great Grandchildren, Zackary Belcher, Victoria Adkins, Aliyah Hurley, Zeyden and Joshua Ward & a host of friends.  Services will be conducted on Friday, 2:00, Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Jerry Overstreet officiating.  Visitation will be 6-10:00PM Wednesday and Thursday at Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Wilson Cemetery at Draffin, Ky.
