Joy Swiney, 68 of Breaks, VA passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at her residence. Joy was born November 7, 1947 in Pikeville, KY to the late Hillard Taylor & Wealthy Stiltner Taylor. Besides her parents Joy was preceded in death by two brothers, Ezra Taylor & Rush Taylor. Joy is survived by her husband, Billy Swiney of Breaks, VA, four brothers, Earl Dean Taylor, Glade Lee Taylor & Mack Arthur Taylor all of Elkhorn City, KY and Jimmy Lee Taylor of Regina, KY and four sisters, Catherine Cantrell, Patty Sue Rose, Ginger Lewis & Wanda Taylor all of Elkhorn City, KY. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, January 20 & Thursday, January 21, 2016 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, January 22, 2016 at 1PM from the chapel with Clint Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at the Elkhorn City Cemetery, Elkhorn City, KY.
