Anna Mullins, 60 of Panther, WV passed away on February 06, 2025, at her residence. She was born on June 01, 1964 in Welch, WV to Naomi Justice and the late Bradford Justice. She was a member of the Panther Creek Old Regular Baptist Church.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Mullins. Grandson: Dawson Lee Blaze Vance. Brother: Benny Roy Justice.

In addition to her mother, Anna is survived by daughters, Melinda (Brandon) Manuel and Melody (Troy) Justice of Panther, WV; Grandchildren: Jacob Vance, Josh Vance, Bentley Vance, and Bradley (Tapanga) Goodman. Great-Grandchildren: Oaklynn Goodman, Ryder Goodman, and Jackson Goodman.

Visitation will be after 6 PM on Wednesday, February 12th and Thursday, February 13th, with services nightly at 7 PM. The funeral will be Friday, February 14th at 12 PM with Gary Estep, Fred Bailey, and David Lester officiating. All services will be conducted from the Panther Creek Old Regular Baptist Church. Burial will follow at the Bradford Justice Cemetery located in Panther, WV.
