Steve Allen “Nose” Ratliff, 67 of Ashcamp, KY passed away Saturday, January 04, 2025 at Highlands Regional Medical Center. Steve was a coal miner and a member of Poor Bottom Freewill Baptist Church.

Steve was born July 22, 1957 in Pikeville, KY to the late A. H. Ratliff and Shirley Keene Anderson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Crystal Lorraine Huffman and a sister, Amanda Harrison.

Steve is survived by his wife, Barbara Ellen Silcox Ratliff of Ashcamp, KY; a son, Matthew Justice of NC; two daughters, Taylor Nicole (Brandon) Roberts of Pikeville, KY and Amanda Leann (John) Butche of Ashcamp, KY; grandchildren, Nate (Cheyenne) Lewis, Mary (Hunter) Mullins, Clay Stalker, Braxton Roberts, Brantley Roberts, Braylee Roberts and Garyn Slone; two great-grandchildren, Cooper Conley and Grayson Lewis; one brother, Harold “Hag” (Jenny) Stiltner and one sister, Rebecca (Billy) Bevins all of Joe’s Creek, KY. He is also survived by special friends, John Cundiff, Kenny King, DeWayne Webb and Anthony Adkins.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Tuesday, January 07 and Wednesday, January 08, 2025 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services nightly at 7PM. The funeral will be held Thursday, January 09, 2025 at 1PM from the chapel with Gary Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Keene Cemetery, Grapevine, KY.
