Lloyd Westley Holland, 76 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at his residence. Lloyd was a member of the Marrowbone Missionary Baptist Church, a Mason, a Shriner, a KY Colonel, the UMWA, and a Vietnam Army Veteran. Lloyd was born May 05, 1948, at Lookout, KY to the late Wilson Holland and Burgess Duty Holland. In addition to his parents, Lloyd was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer May, brothers, T.J. Holland, Versil Holland, Roland Holland, James Holland, and Kenny Holland and sisters, Bernice Holland, Alice Bentley, and Herma Adkins.

Lloyd is survived by his wife, Brenda Blackburn Holland of Elkhorn City, KY; a son, Lloyd Rodney (LeeAnn) Holland of Georgetown, KY; a daughter, April (Coty) Mullins of Paris, KY; and six grandchildren, Chandra May, Kyle Holland, Derek May, Cloie Holland, Colt Mullins and Ripp Mullins. He is also survived by three sisters, Connie Coleman of Palmetto, FL, Margaret Coleman of Mooresburg, TN, and Melissa Holland of Rogersville, TN.

Visitation will be from 6-10 PM Thursday, October 24 and, Friday, October 25, 2024, at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services nightly at 7 PM. A Masonic service will be conducted on Thursday at 6 PM. The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 2 PM at the Marrowbone Missionary Baptist Church.

Interment will follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery, Pikeville, KY with military rites conducted by the Elkhorn City DAV Chapter #140.

Pallbearers will be Daryl Blackburn, Elbert Blackburn, Donnie Blackburn, Brad Blackburn, Michael Blackburn, Coty Mullins, Kyle Holland, & Steven Bentley. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rodney Holland, Derek May, Colt Mullins, Ripp Mullins, Herb Bentley, Kevin Bentley, Darin Blackburn, & DOn Coleman.
