Curtis Mullins, 93 of Elkhorn City, Ky. passed away Saturday at the Pikeville Medical Center. Services will be held at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00, Monday, May 18, 2015 with Jason Johnson officiating. Visitation will be at the chapel from 10:00 to 11:00 on Monday. Burial will follow at the Potter Cemetery-Elkhorn City, Ky. Survivors are his daughter, Judy Jewell, half brothers, Jessie and Freddie, grandchildren, Brent and Suzanne. He was a member of the EC Baptist Church and a UMWA. EC Chpt. 140 of Elkhorn City will have military service.
