Tony Roger Thacker, Jr., 24 of Kemp, TX formerly of Pike County, KY passed away Monday, May 4, 2015. Tony was born August 6, 1990 in Pikeville, KY to Loudema Rose Murphy Thacker and the late Tony Thacker, Sr. Besides his mother Tony is survived by one sister, Ashley Rowe of Phyllis, KY, maternal grandparents, Loraine & Roma Williams of Shelbiana, KY & paternal grandparents, Lois Kendrick and Coy Thacker both of Shelbiana, KY. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel, Elkhorn City, KY. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 14, 2015 at 2PM from the chapel. Burial will follow at the Thacker Freedom Cemetery, Lower Pompey, Shelbiana, KY.
