Jimmy Roger Justice, 86 of Mt. Vernon, OH formerly of Hellier, KY passed away Wednesday, November 01, 2023. He was a retired coal miner and a member of the Allegheny Freewill Baptist Church.

Jimmy was born November 10, 1936 in Hellier, KY to the late Jim Justice and Zebbie Taylor Justice. In addition to his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Mink Justice, a son, Johnny Justice, a daughter, Debbie Justice, a brother, Butler Justice and four sisters, Clelene Ratliff, Linda Allers, Ruth Buck & Rose Justice.

Jimmy is survived by two sons, James (Claudia) Justice of Mt. Vernon, OH and Adam (Michelle) Justice of Pikeville, KY; six grandchildren, Isabella, Ian, James C., Mary, Shanna and Jessica; and eight great-grandchildren. He is also survived by one sister, Mary Guitner of OH.

Visitation will be after 6PM on Monday, November 06, 2023 at the Allegheny Freewill Baptist Church with a service at 7PM. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 07, 2023 at 11AM from the church with Oscar Damron and Nick Baldridge officiating. Burial will follow at the Childers Cemetery, Elkhorn City, KY.
