Orange Head Williams, 75 of Belcher, Ky. was born on Oct. 9, 1947 at Big Rock, Va. and passed away in the Pikeville Medical Center on Friday, April 21, 2023. He was the son of Inard and Mary Stella Mosley Williams who preceded him in death. He was a trucking company owner. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 2 sons; Mikey Joe and Terry Randall Williams and a grandson; Jeremiah Williams. Survivors are brothers; Ronnie Williams of Abingdon, Va. and Danny Williams of Mouthcard, Ky., sisters; Connie Mullins of Belcher, Ky., Pam Preston of Florida and Tammy Mullins of Belcher, Ky., grandchildren; Sherrah Fox, Kathryn Deel, Kaitlyn Williams and Jacob Williams. Visitation will be in the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00-10:00, Monday, April 24, 2023. The funeral service will be in the chapel on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 2:00 with Tommy England officiating. Burial will be in the Dow Brooks Cemetery at Draffin, Ky.
