Erma Etta Hackney, 83 of Mouthcard, KY passed away Saturday December 12, 2020 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Born on August 21, 1937 Erma was the daughter of Charles and Maudie Sullivan Tolliver. She was a member of the Mountain View Church of Christ. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband; Donald Hackney, daughter; Barbara Cantrell, brothers; Harvey, Jimmy, Johnny, Kermit, Charlie, and Denver, sisters; Geraldine, Irene, Inez, Dove, & June. She is survived by her sons; Kenneth Hackney of Jacksonville, FL. and Kevin Hackney of Mouthcard, KY. daughters; Debbie Belcher of Pikeville, KY. Karen Vielma of Clarksville, TN. Pennie Williams of Shelbiana, KY., Anna Kerr of Pikeville, KY. and Melissa Kinder of Pikeville, KY., sister; Anna Pearl Wess of Columbus, OH., 21 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren, and many other family and friends survive. Visitation will be held on Monday December 14, 2020 from 6-10PM in the Bailey Funeral Home chapel in Elkhorn City, KY. Funeral services will be held in the chapel at 11AM on Tuesday December 15, 2020. Burial will follow at the Mountain Valley Memorial Park in Big Rock, Va. with Steve Cantrell Officiating.
