Linda Kathleen Rowe, 69, of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Saturday October 3, 2020 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Born on December 9, 1950 to the late Walter P. Lyons, Sr and Alice Ross Lyons. She was preceded in death by her husband; Don Roger Rowe, Sons; Joseph Andrew Rowe and Daniel Ross Rowe, daughter; Nicole Kristen Rowe, sister; Lisa Marie Miller, and brother; Brian Lyons. Linda is survived by her daughter; Christine Koch of Chicago. brothers; Walter Jr. Lyons of Scottsdale, AZ and Greg (Kris) Lyons of Ionia, MI., sisters; Patricia (Dave) Clark of Ionia, MI, Margaret (Randy) Cook of Stanton, MI., grandchildren; Shannon (Fiance Dilan) Koch and Shawn Wagner; several nieces & nephews; and close friends, Tinker Page of Pikeville, KY & Judy Powell of Elkhorn City, KY. Visitation will be held on Saturday October 10, 2020 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel in Elkhorn City, KY from 11AM – 2PM. Funeral services will begin in the chapel at 2PM. Burial will follow at the Dow Brooks Cemetery in Draffin, KY with Ronald “Snooge” Ratliff officiating. The Family would like to encourage donations be made to the Diamonds in the Ruff Animal Rescue.
