Theodore E. Darnell, 87 of Feds Creek, KY passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at his residence. Theodore was a member of the Feds Creek Baptist Church, an Army Veteran & Member of the Elkhorn City DAV Chapter #140. Theodore was born December 15, 1932 at Big Card, KY to the late Joe Darnell & Pansy Thompson Darnell. In addition to his parents, Theodore was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Francis Booker Darnell, one son, Kelly Darnell, two grandchildren, Michael Chapman & Jason Curtis Darnell, one great-grandchild, James Meeks, four brothers, Eural, Bill, Alex & Earl, Jr. Darnell & two sisters, Lorraine Hunt & Mae Whetzel. Theodore is survived by three sons, Clifford (Alliene) Darnell of Steele, KY, Richard (Jacquie) Darnell of Feds Creek, KY & Steven (Brigetta) Darnell of Raccoon, KY; three daughters, Debbie Craft of Feds Creek, KY, Karen Darnell of Steele, KY & Alicia Darnell of Glasgow, KY; ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. Theodore is also survived by one sister, Inus Epling of Feds Creek, KY and special friend, Teresa Harrison. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a prayer service at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 1PM from the chapel with Lloyd Holland officiating. Military rites will be conducted by the Elkhorn City DAV Chapter #140. Burial will follow at Annie E. Cemetery, Pikeville, KY.
