Curtis Edgar “Boosie” Kendrick, 75 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Monday, June 25, 2018 at Pikeville Medical Center. Curtis was born July 2, 1942 in Pike County, KY to the late Clinard Kendrick and Flora Rowe Kendrick. In addition to his parents, Curtis was preceded in death by three brothers, Tommy Kendrick, Elmer Dean “DeeDee” Kendrick & James Kendrick. Curtis is survived by his wife, Rebecca Ratliff Kendrick of Elkhorn City, KY; one daughter, Kathy Williamson and one granddaughter, Taylor Madison both of Elkhorn City, KY. Curtis is also survived by three sisters, Evelyn Jean Hansen of Danville, KY, Margaret “Candy” Coleman of Wilmington, NC & Carolyn Susie Allen of Elkhorn City, KY. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 11AM from the chapel with Jim Ed Belcher, Billy Ford & Steve Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at the Elkhorn City Cemetery, Elkhorn City, KY.
