Rosemary Wallace, 74 of Elkhorn City, Ky. was born on April 23, 1941 in Elkhorn City, Ky. and passed away at the Pikeville Medical Center on Friday, Feb. 19, 2016. Rosemary is the daughter of the late Samuel Gene Wallace and Mary Eileene Adkins Spears. Funeral services will be conducted from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday at 2:00 with James Swiney officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00-10:00 on Saturday from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel and burial will follow in the Ratliff Cemetery at Ashcamp, Ky.
