Timothy “Boatman” Ratliff, 54 of Regina, KY passed away Sunday, Nov. 29, 2015 at his residence. Visitation will be at 11AM Wednesday, December 2, 2015 the Lower Toler Church of Christ, Harold, KY. The funeral service will conducted the same day at 12noon from the church with burial to follow at the Ratliff Cemetery, Harless Creek, Regina, KY.
He was always a nice guy in high school. He was my prom date one year & our whole gang had such a fun time. He was a great football player & a sweet guy. My condolences to his family and friends. I’m sure he will be missed.
