I had the pleasure of working with Rita at PMC for many years. She was small in stature, but her presence was larger than life. Rita was one of the strongest women I’ve ever known. I have great respect for her.
My heart goes out to Teresa and all of the family. I’m truly sorry to hear of Rita’s passing.

Anybody that worked at Pikeville Methodist Hospital, knew her British accent on the intercom from the switchboard. I had the pleasure to work for her years ago. She was the type of person that when she gave you a compliment, it meant something. I miss that little firecracker of a lady & hope to meet her again in heaven. Rest In Peace Rita
