Cheryl Lynn Hunt, 49 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at her home. She was a homemaker and a member of the Upper House Prayer and Worship. Cheryl was born on October 16, 1973 in Pikeville, KY to the late Troy Lee Hunt and Garnell Norman Hunt. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Russell Paul Hunt, and sister, Naomi Hunt.

Cheryl is survived by her fiancee’, Scott Spears; son, Jackie Jones, III; and daughter, Skylar Jones all of Elkhorn City, KY. A brother, Jerry Hunt of Pikeville, KY, and two sisters, Loretta Price of Regina, KY and Phoebe Griffith of Elkhorn City, KY.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. The funeral service will be conducted Monday, October 16, 2023 at 12PM from the chapel with Eric Bartley officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
