Emily Bailey Ward, 58 o Elkhorn City, Ky. was born on August 4, 1964 in Grundy, Va. and passed away on May 09, 2023 in the Landmark of Elkhorn City, Ky. She was the daughter of Herman and Nancy Lee Childers Bailey who have preceded her in death. She is survived by sons; Justin Rowe of Teaberry, Ky. and Jason Rowe of Pikeville, Ky. a daughter; Kristen Justice of Pikeville, Ky., brother; Dwayne Bailey of Morristown, TN., and sister; Daisy Ramey of Pikeville, Ky., grandchildren; Keith Rowe, Travis Rowe, Stacy Rowe, McKenzie Rowe, Sierra Rowe, Tucker Ramsey and Kassidy Ramsey. A memorial service will be held at the Bailey Funeral Home on Friday, May 19, 2023 from 7:00-9:00 PM.
