Teresa Overstreet, 59 of Elkhorn City, Ky. was born on June 28, 1963 in Pikeville, Ky. and passed away on Nov. 17, 2022 at the Pikeville Medical Center. She was the daughter of Ray and Esta Adkins Overstreet. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; William Anthony Bartley, a brother; Kenneth Overstreet and two nephews; Chris Overstreet and Gregory Caudill. She is survived by a son; William Zackery (Heather) Bartley of Elkhorn City, a daughter; Angel Mary Esta(Patrick Rudder) Bartley, brothers; Teddy (Nesheda) Overstreet of Jenkins and Eddie (Verniece) Overstreet of Pikeville, Ky., a sister; Linda (Larry) Robinson of Elkhorn City, a sister-in-law; Fonda Overstreet of Ashcamp, 2 grandchildren; Audrey Grace and William Tripp, a niece; Amy (Jason) Thacker and a nephew; Scottie Caudill and also great nieces and nephews, and a host of relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
