Tim Keith Kelly, 52 of Ashcamp, Ky. was born on Sept. 6, 1970 in Pikeville,Ky and passed away at home on Thursday, Oct. 27, 2022. Tim was a coal miner and a retired member of the National Guard. He was the son of Kenneth “K. D.” Kelly and Wilma Jean Bartley Kelly of Ashcamp, Ky. Survivors are his fiancee; Robin Renee Campbell, parents; K. D. & Wilma Kelly, a son; Daniel Keith Kelly, a daughter; Lindsay Kate Anderson, a sister; Vickie Darlene Elswick and grandchildren; Mark Brycen Anderson, Brystol Natalie Anderson and Annie Victoria Anderson. Visitation will be after 6:00 PM on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2022 at the Hylton Freewill Baptist Church with services at 7:00. Funeral service will be on Sunday, 1:00 from the church with Van Swindall, Robert Bartley and Gary Joe Collins officiating. Burial will follow in the Kelly Cemetery at Sycamore, Ky.
