Cecil Epling, 76 of Mouthcard, KY passed away Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015 at his residence. Cecil was born August 28, 1938 at Feds Creek, KY to the late Albert Epling & Kelsie Thompson Epling. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Ruth Stiltner and four brothers, Elster, Raymond, Jack & Chester Epling. Visitation will be after 6PM Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015 at 2PM from the chapel with burial to follow at the Rose Hill Cemetery, Mouthcard, KY.
Cecil was very special to us. So thankful he came to our class reunion. Planned to come to funeral, but weather forecast does not look favorable. Rest in peace. We love and will miss you.
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Cecil.
Cecil was my Dad’s first cousin. My Dad is Paul Thompson. I heard many stories of Cecil and my Dad growing up together.
