Charles Neal Williams, 58 of Hellier, KY passed away Friday, May 06, 2022 at Pikeville Medical Center. Neal was born December 28, 1963 to the late Charles Thomas Williams and Rose Evelyn Little Williams. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, John Delee “Buck” Williams and Tommy Dwayne Williams. Neal is survived by his fiance’ Missy Moore of Hellier, KY; a daughter, Whitney Teneal Williams of Pikeville, KY; two grandchildren, Caiden Hamilton and Beckeh Myers; and brother, Tracy Williams of Pikeville, KY. He is also survived by step-son, Darren Gibson and step-daughter, Leea Gibson both of Hellier, KY and four grandchildren of heart, Ethan Chapman, Isaac Chapman, Lex Gibson and Kayden Gibson; niece Keely Williams Huffman and nephew, Kegan Williams and fur-baby girl, Peaches. Visitation will be after 6PM Tuesday, May 10 and Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at the Allegheny Freewill Baptist Church with a service on Wednesday at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 2PM from the church with Ray Tackett, Oscar Damron and Richard Gibson officiating.
