Maudie Feliciano, 76 of Lookout, KY passed away Tuesday, October 05, 2021 at Pikeville Medical Center. She was born October 29, 1944 at Pikeville, KY to the late Woodrow Swiney and Mary Francis Bentley Swiney. In addition to her parents, Maudie was preceded in death by her husband, Rafael Feliciano, four brothers, James Harold Swiney, John L. Swiney, Frank Swiney, Paul Swiney and one sister, Ruby Clevinger. Maudie is survived by two daughters, Mary Feliciano of Lookout, KY and Teresa Hall of Teaberry, KY; and two grandchildren, Johnathon Wesley Dale Hall and Sydney Arlean Hall. Visitation will be from 6-PM Friday, October 08, 2021 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 09, 2021 at 2PM from the chapel with Jerry Overstreet and others officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
